Ankles
Particularly prone to sporting injuries, or tendinitis
at the Achilles. It is important to assess the foot
and knee, and for sporting individuals an assessment
of core stability and coordination strength and
flexibility through the hip joint and thigh muscles
are essential. The ankle is very important in maintaining
our balance, therefore coordination and proprioceptive
exercises are vital in any rehabilitation programme
